Primary can not see the controlled computer mouse pointer

I use Multiplicity ONLY to help my wife with her problems. It's great BUT, she'll try to show me her problem by pointing to things with her mouse pointer and I can't see her pointer.. These would be like working with a spreadsheet. She sees her pointer move when I move mine. I can't find anywhere how to fix this so I can see what she's pointing at.

Both computers are brand new running Win 11 Pro.

Help with this problem, please.
