Language Bar disappear (Urgent please help)

Dear All

I think the TrayServer.exe is causing my Language bar disappear. If I don't load it when system startup. The language bar comes back. Anyone knows how to solve the problem????? Urgent help is needed. I cannot live without the language bar but I can live without StarDock.

Don't think it is Trayserver that is causing this, as my Langauge bar is still blank.
