Shut Down Problem

Computer goes to a blue Screen instead of shuting down

When I restart or shutdown my pc it goes to a blue screen and fails to shut down properly. Every time I shut down my pc with a DeskScape it goes to a blue screen and every time I shut down with a regular image it shut downs properly. Below are my pc specs. Any Solutions?

Windows Home Premium
Intel 2 Core Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.5GHz
8GB DDR2 Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4650PCI Express 2.0x16
Dual Monitors
