Yes, I see a.I kind of cheat, they had 3 to 5 city and had many building in a city in very few turn that no human could done it, this is normal level I'm playing, normal said a.I should be same playing as human do, no buff, but seem a.i had lot of buff in normal level.

To be honest even before AI build it i could not build a city there ... It was a kind of very good location and when i had my first pioneer i was checking all the spots and this one was not available .....
