3. US ambassador to Canada David Wilkins...you're shaping up to be another (ugh) Cellucci

4. Dick Cheney. Way to go Halliburton boy, you got the #4 spot

5. Jason Kenney. I award you the title of dumbest man in Parliament, and you had some stiff competition. That takes wither effort, or an IQ lower than 63. Either way, you earned it.

Kind of makes you wonder who they hate more.  Bush or Haliburton.  Guess after 08, they will still have Haliburton to hate.
