I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Stardock’s complete lack of technical support regarding my issue. It has now been weeks since I submitted my request, and not once have I received a meaningful response directly from your technical support team.
The only communication I have received has been from a community forum advisor—who, to their credit, has twice stated that my issue was forwarded to Stardock support. Despite this, I’ve only received a single vague acknowledgement from Stardock, with no actual follow-up, resolution, or even a basic status update.
This level of neglect is wholly unacceptable for a company that charges money for its products. Customers should not be forced to beg for attention or rely on unpaid community members to carry the burden of communication on Stardock’s behalf. Your silence sends a clear message that once a purchase is made, customers are no longer a priority.
If this is the standard of service Stardock provides, then it not only reflects poorly on the company but also makes it impossible for me to recommend your products to anyone else. I expect an immediate and substantive response—not another empty acknowledgment.
