Reset camera hotkey

Does anybody know if there is a hotkey which can be used to reset the camera to a preset distance and bearing?

It sure would be handy. When viewing the system, I like to have it facing the same way, so I can easily see where I am. During battles, I move the camera around all over the place, and I would love to be able to just hit a key to reallign the camera after battles.

The tips on the loading page said that you can go to a galactic view by hitting the caps lock key.  I haven't really tried it yet, as the scroll wheel works just fine for me so far.  Dunno if that would be taking the view farther out than what you're looking for, but it is an option...  *shrug*

Yeah, I know what you are talking about but have yet to find anything in SoSE that allows for that.

It was one of my favorite tactics in Company of Heroes to "hide" one of my units behind a tree or something that you couldn't see unless you moved the camera around.  The backspace key in CoH would reset the camera for you.  Too bad nothing in SoSE does that, tmk.
