Mouse Pause between Screens

I'm finding that when I move from my main monitor and back again to the monitor on my second pc to the right there's a big virtual gap between screens that I don't know how to fix. It's as If I have to move the mouse through the space between them instead of seamlessly moving from the right edge of one to the left edge of the other. They are next to each other on the alignment grid but that doesn't seem to help

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. Windows 10/11 full version and OS Build number for all system. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Multiplicity version installed on all system.
  3. Seamless or KVM mode?

I would check both computers display properties as there will be another monitor configured on one of them I suspect.

Second PC - Same

There is a laptop closed that's the actual PC and I'm using an external Monitor and My main screen and another monitor as the screen for the second pc m- Thanks
