Help with Multiplicity 4
I just now noticed OBJECT DESKTOP, after years of purchasing certain programs of yours and using them and enjoying them very much (You can check my account: xxxxx@gmail.com and see that I have).
If I understand it correctly, If I should purchase OBJECT DESKTOP I would get a better deal plus extra programs. My question is, if I purchase OBJECT DESKTOP would you consider giving me a discount since I have, and use, a number of your programs already? Had I known about OBJECT DESKTOP long ago I would have purchased it.
I am having a problem with recently purchased Multiplicity 4, purchased from STARDOCK recently, and I cannot figure it out. In my Office - my War Room (I'm Retired Army!) I've been using 2 Laptops and 2-extra Monitors, along with your Multiplicity 3. Didn't have a problem.
Now, I have 3-Laptops, along with the 2-Monitors, and I purchased "Multiplicity 4" recently, and after I did the Install & Setup (3 times) I could ONLY get 2 of the 3 Laptops working with "Multiplicity 4"?
Here is what's happening. Using the new Laptop as my PRIMARY, and the other 2-Laptops as Secondary after I installed "Multiplicity 4" on the other two Secondary PC's, the PRIMARY Screen shows only the PRIMARY, and one SECONDARY, on the screen, with the 3rd PC showed in the Top Right side of the screen.
When I drag the "3rd PC Icon" into the main screen, it "replaces" the 1st Secondary PC, and then the "1st Secondary PC" jumps back into the Right-Side Screen, leaving me with the PRIMARY, and one SECONDARY to work with. No matter how many times I drag one PC from the right, it just replaces a SECONDARY PC on the Left. And, I have uninstalled and re-installed with no luck so I gave up on it.
I hope I am making some sense here for you to understand what I am trying to do!
P.S. I found OBJECT DESKTOP when I went back to www.Stardock.Com looking for a solution. That's also when I decided to write SUPPORT.
