Hello,There is a bug concerning the taskbar. Not all icons are displayed and therefore cannot be selected. This occurs when the taskbar is on a single line and the open applications are numerous and exceed the planned line.See the attached photos.

If there is insufficient room it scrolls as shown by the line far right.
In 1.22 it doesn't shrink the buttons as much as it could, this is resolved in 1.23 beta and later. This means more will fit before it has to scroll.
