Set RESTART as default

Start 10 - how do I switch Shut Down to Restart as the default that shows in Start10?

Open Start10 settings and on the configure page you should see the option at the bottom of the page for "What should the power button do?"  Set that to restart instead of the default of Shut down.

as Neil said simple adjustment
