You asked me to let you know whats going on after you said you didn't know anything about me, email address or other ... and since I've emailed support 3 times and an audio message that has been referred to; and since there has been no response... I let you know that I'm sending you a specific email and who its from. Seems providing the email is the most considered option, sorry.
You can always send a private massage to Sean, and include that personal information on it.

I just wrote a lengthy reply and am not going to post it. I just don't get why a sale's related question on a 3rd party product sold by Stardock is not being acted on and why the communications have fallen into the black hole. The sms communcations are nuts and the online form seems broken. My complaint, I believe is reasonable but not the subject for a forum and a normal part of doing business.
I don't think that Stardock who benefits from the sales and handles the money and licensing can bail from problems that occur.... and this has been going on for over a week. I am a truly good customer of Stardock and I am feeling disenfranchised.
I'll wait and see what happens and try messaging if it doesn't straighten out.
