Thanks for responding guys.
Am i correct in saying i could write a bat file adding the mentioned Reg key (from Line 92) changing from Primary to secondary each time i run the .bat file??
It's been a while since I wrote that but I believe that you would not need to create the key - it should be created with the install (not the case for all of those there).
To answer your question, yes - but again - it is best to manually make each the Primary first as an activation needs to happen when you do and will require to you interact with it.
The process for getting each activated would be:
On PC A, make it a Primary, activated it, demote it to a secondary so that the key can be used on a Secondary you want to promote to a Primary - PC B. The reason that the order is important is because that MP is only allowed 1 Primary per key (unless a corp version - with multiple activations per key - is used).
After each has been manually activated at least once, each will have unique sig files here:
C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Multiplicity
When you use a bat to change a Secondary to a Primary, that activation files existence will negate the need to interact with it manually or script an activation (also possible).
