I have been trying for some time now to download just one working copy of either Start11 V 1 or V2 and they both failed to download repeatedly at the same point in the download. Can someone look into the slowness and why these are failing?
I can confirm this issue with the latest Start11v2 download, but it stuck at about 95% for me in the US. The next attempt was successful.
