Fences 6 Settings Page Inaccessible

Hi,

In Fences 6, I cannot access the settings page normally. From the Task Manager, I can see Fences keeps crashing and restarting repeatedly. I've used Purge to uninstall and reinstall several times, but it didn't help. Are there any solutions? Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Is this a new issue, was Fences 6 working before? If, yes, what has changed before the issue appear? New Windows 11 update? New driver update? New Software installed? etc..

Since the initial installation of Fences 6, I have never been able to successfully access the settings page.

That is strange, few questions.

  1. When you installing Fences. Did you changed the default installation location for Fences? The default location for Fences is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences"
  2. What antivirus/security software running in your system?

The installation path is fixed and cannot be modified. No antivirus software is running.

Would like to suggest the Sandbox test: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1416560645/Testing+Fences+in+Sandbox. Try it and report back.
