I have an invoice to add 4 extra activations but it won't let me pay. Each time I click the link the screen flashes but nothing happens. I've tried turning pop-ups on, firewalls off and everything I can think of. Do you have any suggestions please ?

Sorry, I have tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers, created another order in case the other one was corrupt and still can't pay for the extra licenses. I need these licenses and have no way forward. I even struggle at times to login to my account as it says the link from the "accoutnt icon" at the top right of the webpage fails almost every time I click on it saying the page is unavailable.
Hello,Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
