I have a situation in which I need to password protect the contents of a fence. This fence is already hidden with mouse over display so that is a good first step but I would like to set a password on this fence so its contents remain hidden until the correct password is entered. This is the only fence of 70 on three 27 inch monitors that need such protection. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
I don't believe you can password protect a Fence. You could create a new "Desktop Page" in Fences and keep this Fence on that page. That way it would be hidden from prying eyes, unless they knew how to change pages.
Hi- I realize you can’t share what’s in the Fence but can you describe the nature of the situation? Is it about people not casually overseeing what’s in the Fence when the desktop appears? If the titles themselves were replaced with “********” unless the mouse is hovered over the fence for a few seconds does that resolve the situation?
Install 7zip,copy and paste your passwords into notepad then right click it and encrypt. Put note in your fence of choice.
