Start 11 Menu shows "All Programs" selection to click on. Is there a way to have all the programs shown without clicking at all?

Thank you so much for helping me. I am sure a very common question and I prob am missing something.

..... So the question is: Is there a way to have "All Programs" show all the programs, shortcuts, folders I drag in there (if possible) without my clicking on it? Tx

Update, I think things look better now after a few restarts BUT I now need to click on "All Apps" selection when Start Menu opens. Is there a way to have all the apps automatically show/populate without clicking on anything?

****This post can be deleted, I found the section in Start11 that gave me more options. So issue solved..
