Multiplicity V 3.57 Build 00103.kvm

Setup: Currently using multiplicity for an 8 computer seamless setup for running Everquest (No full kvm, each has its own monitor. Everything is smooth, i use ctrl x3 for open broadcast most the time, however, randomly about once every day/ every other day, i am no longer able to active open broadcast with the x3 ctrl, mouse over to other screens, or use hotkeys to switch controls. I cant interact with the sys tray icon to restart or unload and any attempt to close it thru task manager doesnt do anything at all, it wont close. At this point i have to restart the computer, which is detrimental for me, although for whatever reason when i Lock the screen to login, it does allow me to then open broadcast (ctrlx3), but once i log back, it stops. 

I dont know what else i can give you information wise, its completely random when it occurs but as of late its been increasing in frequency. ultimately im gonna have to swap products and i'd 1000% rather use what i know already with multiplicity. HElp!
