I am assuming this has already been published somewhere. Multiplayer - using custom races is broken.
Not broken, not in game currently and that is working as intended. They are working on bringing this back so it can work better with the "new" custom races so that the player doesn't have to wait for several minutes for 100's of factions with ships downloading. They disabled this while they are working on it.
