A couple more items:

1. ship/fleet moves and HP are not displaying consistently. They show on reloads for a while (estimate, a couple hours), then disappear completely from the game. This is problematic for items such as ships at planets/SBs under repair (not knowing when they are fixed), moves remaining, and ships in fleets that are damaged (knowing when to send them home for repair).

2. Diplomacy (oddity): I was at war with the Krynn (who hasn't been?), and am now at war (again), but the diplomacy influences state both "We are at war" and "You were at war with us." Seems if one is currently at war, that should reset the "were at war" influence item.
