Hello,
I can't seem to launch Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion after I've just installed it. After clicking play in Steam or via the .exe directly, nothing happens. Even if I'm running as an Administrator or via the Dev.exe.
It shows up in Windows Taskmanagement, but only as a background proces.
I've already validated the cache through Steam, changed the permissions in the Windows Register and installed the Windows redistributables + DirectX a second time but nothing changed.
I'm running windows 8.1 64-bit with the following hardware:
Intel i5-4690k
Sapphire HD 7950 3GB Ram
MSI z87-g45 gaming motherboard
8 GB RAM
I've installed Steam on mij C drive (the same drive as I've installed Windows on), but I've installed 'Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion' on my D drive. Maybe this could be the source of my problem?
