Username Folder won't show after 2.13 install

Never-mind, I resized my desktop icons and it reappeared, then I put them back to the normal size and it stayed.

Username Folder won't show after 2.13 install;

I've tried removing it and re-adding it from personalize, no luck.

Using Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center.

I made a shortcut temporarily but I really want the symbolic link back.

Please.
