I have been playing the 1.7 Beta, I have defeated Vertrar, and assigned his fist to a city, got the awesome sword. But The land doesn't unlock from a winter wildland. I can not even use a pioneer for outpost, so all the nice locations, I can not use. If I try to use the Birth of Summer spell on the land, it says to use it on land that isn't owned. The land still has the blue border around it. I have been every where within the border, and their is no other wondering monsters.

  Also, one of the other civs is somehow gone crazy power wise. Most of us in the game have 270 to 35 in power rating, but one civ. has over 7000 power, they have a few more cities than I do, but I have more population, so why the huge difference in score, they don't have that large of an army, some of their cities only have 3-4 armies in support. Now I am playing on a gigantic map stamp, so that may be the issue, but it always worked before without issue.
