Hello everyone, it's is my debut to this forum (and to Sins as well).
According to what I read from http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=136282114 I'm supposed to have an ability named "Pirate Mercenaries" in my broadcast towers after researching the corresponding tech. I don't have that ability and now I'm being attacked and I'm clueless about how to ask for help from the pirates. I tried offering them a bounty but I guess that's completely another mechanism. How can I request help from the pirate mercenaries?
As a TEC Rebel if you research the next research item after the one that makes you allied with neutral forces, you should be able to get several Pirate ships for 5000 credits from your broadcast centers. You must be doing something wrong.
I believe that is a research that needs done first.
