Does anybody know why I can equip my soilders with the Belt of Speed, but not my heroes? The belt is available for units from turn 1. Shouldn't it also be available for heroes? At least when I research a tech like Charms?

Someone made a mod that puts in it the shop, look on the modding forum and you might find it.
