I have an order (order no 3012340) which I have not received any serial numbers on.
I've tried to contact sales and corpsales and no response. I need them soon! Please help.
The serials are not on the download page.
Updated versions of the serial status files are always available on your order history page ( https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders ). This file contains your serial numbers along with the email addresses of who registered them so you can keep track of usage. The installer for your application is also there.
Users will need to create a Stardock account and enter a serial number at time of product activation. The serial number will then be assigned to their account allowing them to redownload the software from https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Sorry about that. There was a glitch that is now resolved. You should be seeing the .csv there now.

One more thing. Can you please check the total billed amount. It seems I've paid 50 USD too much??
