How get back to Metro Screen once START8 is installed?

Multiple ways - On the Windows 7 Style menu (the default) there should be pinned menu item "Windows 8 Menu". You can also Control click the start button or press the right Windows button as long as you haven't changed the default configuration.

It should be at the top of the Start8 menu. Also, in the configuration menu under Control you can set the Start screen to show up by pressing the Windows key, mouse click, etc.
