Update discovery pop-up window.

Whenever Start8 finds a new update a pop-up window is shown which is very anonymous. A lot of my customers discards this windows since they think it's a virus or other malware trying to install a trojan on their computer. So please can you make it more apparent that the update is for Start8. An example of that message would be something like "There is an update for available for download for Start8 from Stardock. This update includes performance enhancements.. " yada-yada... A great thing would be to have this message translated in to the local language. Also if the updates could be installed in a more automated way rather than having to download the executable and manually install it would be an awesome improvement. Many of our customers are computer newbies, hence why we install Start8 to them in the first place.

We can certainly look into making the message a little clearer for future update versions.

Right now the update text is part of the product itself (in the lng file) which is why it doesn't change from build to build.

Regarding automatic updates, downloading and installing something in a fully automated fashion would open things up to security issues as you need to be admin to install, but we may be able to make it ask if you wish to install, then prompt for admin rights (usual OS dialog for that) and then download and install it for the customer.

We don't want any security risks, that's for sure. The solution with the promt for asking for the admin rights sounds like an awesome idea. Anything to make the upgrade more hassle free is a step in the right direction.

If nothing else for now we might be able to add instructions to the current page people are directed to so they know what to do.
