Rebellion Multiplayer Replays

I recently realized I was unintentionally auto-recording every single one of my ICO games.  So I've decided to upload them all since there seems to be a major lack of up-to-date rebellion replays.  They're not organized; I literally just copy/pasta'd my replays folder (it's compressed, so it's only like 7MB).

 

Most of the games are a fairly decent skill level, and many are very high skill level.  You'll find just about every big name in the online community in there playing any race/faction you like.   There's about 40 games here, learn & enjoy (or...don't).

And in case you don't know where the replays folder is (I literally spent an hour trying to find that bullshit), here's the path (it's pretty easy to find, if you're not inebriated that is):

 

C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion



Just copy/pasta the replays you download into one of the folders that say "record" somewhere in their title.

tuve problemas con los replays (tenía crash al tiempo de reproducirlos) se me ocurre que debe ser porque estoy usando la version beta (1.79)  yo observe que hay juegos con las razas "advent rebeldes" que en un momento me parecio que estaba algo prohibido en la comunidad multijugador pero parece que habia entendido mal. pero mi inconveniente para jugar multijugador es el idioma (cuando se juega por equipos)  ¿usted qué me recomienda sobre eso ? ( sobre el tema del lenguaje). desde ya muchas gracias

Before, the Advent Rebels were banned. Now however they are allowed, as their "Wail of the Sacrificed" ability is less powerful than it was.

Probably, replays usually need to be used on the same version they were recorded on.

Yes, you cannot view replays if they are not the same game version as yours (mine are all the most recent game version, and most are DLC).

 

As for your language.  Being able to speak english is almost a requirement to play in competitive online matches.

And it was really annoying (at least for me) not being able to communicate with one of those guys if his English-speaking Chinese friend(s) was (were) in the opposing team.. You cannot ask your opponent to tell your ally to move here or defend there So a basic understanding of English would be good online.

sería bueno que se creará un codigo comun para jugar multijugador (por ej "pd nombre" laneta x defender) ¿que opinan de esto? ¿existe algo parecido? desde ya muchas gracias

A rare thing, because it is ied to the game version, just one game update will make all the previous replays useless, and most replays are not for the current version. There is a recent thread having some replays, but not that many, not a common thing to upload files about this.

 

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot, replays are of multiplayer games, as those are for real improvement, against AI those tricks work too so singleplayer ones are not that useful in my opinion, same strategies will improve the player's situation in both single and multiplayer games, except the starbase VS AI thing that rarely works against people.
