please make a lightweight program that enables glass in windows 8 that works silently in the background

since start8 is so silent with no icon in the notification bar i wanted to ask for a program to enable glass in windows 8 maybe have start 8 do that

i'd love to get glass back with the sharper corners that is windows 8
