hey, im new here but i need some help cos this is getting very annoying.

in random game camera gets stuck, cant zoom or rotate. It seems on certain maps that there is a 'edge' of the map that if you touch with the camera it gets stuck and its totally random sometime its a planet near map edge and sometimes its my capital planet or some planet near sun and if i zoom way back all else is working but that section of map isnt. its really annoying to "lock-out" your capital planet also sometimes it happens right after i start new game and sometimes it does that middle of match totally random place

i have tried to re-install game and my graphic drivers are up to date

also tried to put everything to minimal settings but it doesnt matter if i play it maxed or min, nothing works

so if anyone can help or is this somekinda bug?
