Add Feature: Shift-Restart to Enter Recovery Mode

Can you please add the feature of holding SHIFT and then choosing Restart from the Start8 menu to enter into the Windows 8 recovery\diagnostic mode (also called the Advanced Startup Options menu)? This would be similar to the native behavior of Windows 8.
