They are complaining about only getting XP points when winning battles and conquering cities.  They've heard stories about taking weapons and equipment when defeating champions.   They've heard about getting gildar and fame for capturing a city.  Their wives are complaining about the low wages and think they should be rewarded for their risky occupation.

My mages want to be able to acquire spell scrolls from defeated mages and darkling shamans.  They also think that experience with using a spell should make them more proficient with using it.

They also are complaining about lack of healing.  They think that after a couple years a broken leg should be healed.  They want magical spells to heal injuries.

I'm concerned that they will desert and run off to Farmville.
