[.51] Critcal bug - Command skill gives infinite turns

I made a custom Yithril sovereign, went Commander path, and using the "Command" skill in combat just gives my sovereign infinite turns - he moves, then moves again, then moves again...

 

An oddity:  this didn't happen at all one game, and then happened EVERY TIME the next game.  Gonna start a new game to see if i can get a repro, will edit this post if I get it.

I also had this happen with a random hero who had the "command" skill... it just kept on coming back to him for infinite turns.

If you're Altair, using the "extra move" ability makes it stop happening.  But then when the unit you gave the extra turn to gets their action, they will have infinite turns (on their regular turn; for some reason the immediate extra turn is lost).

It doesn't happen all the time.  Seems to be more likely in larger battles.

Immediately after that second fight with Skeletons, I got into a fight with Ongr. Ongr apparently doesn't allow cheating, because it didn't break in that fight (and I was trying at that point).

Just encountered the same issue during a city defense. Bannon Heighsley with infinite turns after my second use of Command during the fight.
