THREE in the works?

Don't know where else to ask --

I keep hearing about Sins of a Solar Empire, and the ongoing effort to bring new chapters to the story --

-- but I keep wondering --

any chance there's a Galactic Civilizations III in the works?

I don't know, maybe with a larger set of screens for deciding between "Good", "Neutral" and "Evil". I'm getting a little tired of seeing the "Sentient Bug" screen.

Also, maybe a more complex means of deciding ethics. A current game I'm playing, the Terrans are attacking everybody in the galaxy, taking them over one by one -- and yet, are still considered "leaning neutral". Neutral my fanny! Them folks is EVIL!
