i would like to point out a bug i just discovered in 1.09 beta 2. if you restart the comuter and click on the start8 launcher then right click one of the places, for example computer, it doesnt do anything. it only works with items on the left side, not with the places. if you then left click one of the places, it lets you right click them afterwards.

i would also suggest a feature, im not using the default windows 8 start menu at all so it would be nice to check an option and after i close a modern UI app to go directly to the desktop instead of the win8 start menu
