Windows standard folders not translated in foreign language

Hello Stardock Team,

I just installed Start8 Beta 3 and realized that this bug still exists:

In Programs the following Windows standard start menu folders are not translated in foreign language system (german in my case):
Accessories, Accessibility, Administrative Tools, Games, Startup.

Same goes for the Shutdown button text (Sleep, Hibernate or whatever is set as default). In the Shutdown Menu everything is translated, only the text on the button itself is in english.

Other than that, Start8 is almost perfect
