so tomorrow is the official release and i was just wondering what will happen to the beta client, will we have to download the release version or will we just have to patch up the beta to release status?
Most likely we will just have to download a patch and the "beta" tag will be removed. Expect this patch to be version 1.0 since it is the first official version of the game.
Steam will update your install to the final release version automatically (unless you turned off auto-updating).
Do we know when steam will run the update?
