1. Corsev: Takes a ton of micromanagement to use right but it can be tough to kill thanks to a passive heal ability and rapes corvettes, which is a huge plus for the current game balance. I suspect once corvettes get brought into line it will go back to being an unloved capitalship.
2. Discord: First tier capitalship easily. Fracture's armor debuff makes fleet killing a lot easier, and with psionic scream it can also handle corvettes quite well. It can also increase ability cooldowns on titans, which is also a big deal. Only weakness as mentioned is the things do seem fragile, but I don't think they need a buff. Its the only thing keeping the Progenitor and Halcyon as better openers.
3. Rankulus: Its seems to be a jack of all trades capitalship, able to spawn special frigates to either help fight, repair allies or take out structures (something the Vasari really needed help with). As mentioned its ultimate ability can be exploited to get permanent frigates, while the rest are temporary, which is nice for now. That said I don't think its better than a Skinatra or Kortul, though the Vasari loyalists might build a few as they are going to need to destroy defenses and reinforce their mobile fleets, plus they get good bonuses for keeping capitalships anyways.
