I have observed that in all versions of the Beta, Repair Platform for all races and factions fail to auto-repair starbases and Titans. It seems they do not always auto-cast for Capital Ships.
Please do not tell me it is "by design".
No Titans, Capital ships, and Starbases should on the top priority list for auto-repair. It must be a bug then.
autocast tends to be kinda stupid. and in really big games there are enough units that the AI can become slow enough that it appears that it is not autocasting, or the autocasting is laggy.
