Windows 7 64 bit. Will it work?

I have searched the net and get conflicting reports.

Does GalCiv II work on windows 7 64 bit? It's not worth buying if it doesn't.

Yes it runs on Win7-64. You may need to finagle with it a bit to get Metaverse to work in 2.04, that's all.
