I again love this spell, and i didn't realize it was faction specific unitl i read the changelog - which is funny.

I realize it is supposed to act as an outpost, but since i have unlimited casting range anywhere in teh world so to speak, as long as it is not in someones zone of control and i have scouted it out, isn't the ability to instantly build a road to this point abusive ? i can scout around an enemies kingdome and plant a monolith on the other side of his kingdom and then walk straight down it at double speed.

is this intentional ?
