Just a random thought popped into my head. A tactical defense that can either have a toggle effect or two different modules. One increases phase speed charge up and travel time between that lane / well. Of course and another that has the opposite effect. The charge up effect could be something like 50%( as not to play down the inhibitor), the speed modification could be anywhere from 50-500% speed depending on the length of the lane if possible. I was thinking along the lines of pointing it at a specific lane to slow enemies and speed up allies, but since you can't point structures only place them it seems all connecting lanes will have to take a boost or hit.
