Titan build time

Maybe it's so low because it's the beta, but does anyone think the time to build one should be beefed up considerably? Not only would it solve any issues with rushing one, but it would also give much more sense behind the 25-100% construction limit researches.

 

Personally, I think an extra pregame setting (like the income rate and culture spread settings) that modifies titan construction rates would be the best way to go.

I personally would love to see the titan's brought down to a power level more inline with 130-140% that of the Capital Ships with a similar increase in cost. Remove the 4 stage titan research and have it be a single research option around Tier 5 or Tier 6. As it is now, the other ship classes have had their roles greatly diminished due to the Titans in general.

 

Again, just my personal opinion.

There is such a setting called build speed already, and it affects all construction rates. But I agree, I think titans need to take longer to build, require at least 5 labs, and perhaps not get so powerful when leveling up.
