It' just a small issue, but in the games I've played, the Titan and new Capital Ships icons were in the middle of a group of frigates and cruisers on the Empire Tree display, instead of at the top with the other Cap Ships.
Yes I've noticed this as well, its a small thing but it needs to be fixed regardless.
This is also problematic if you want to form fleets as titans are not automatically your lead ships. Even if you only have frigates, cruisers and a titan and select all, the best cruiser will be the lead ship.
This has been happening with me too, although only the new cap ship and titan seem affected.
