I'm having a lil bit of problem with WB 4.3 and i really hope there is someone out there to help me out with it.
Now my PC is as follows:
MOBO MSI 875P Neo,3,06 Ghz P4 Presscote 800 FSB 1MB L2 Cache, 1024 MB DDR-Ram, 256 MB Nvidia Geforce FX 5700LE,Monitor NEC MultiSync FE 770 17",MS Windows XP Pro with SP1.
The problem i have: I can't load any theme from WB!Nothing it just won't load, i reach at the spot where it says "Please Wait Loading" and then nothing, it just loads the default Windows skin and crashes wbload.exe.
The windows startup programs: Norton Anti-Virus 2004,Norton Utilities 2004,Sygate Personal Firewall Pro,Secret Maker(Pop-Up Blocker,Anti-Spammer,Banner-Remover),ICQ Lite 2004,MSI Core Center (CPU Temperature,Other Sys & Overclock Tuner),Spybot Search & Destroy,Mem Turbo 3,Windows Messenger, MS Keyboard & Mouse Utility, Ctfmon (Spyware i can't delete, system denies to delete it), HP Component MAnager (Traces USB Devices.Printer & Scanner).

Does any of the above programs have known conflicts with WB?
Or what other possible cause is doing that?
Is my rundll32.dll defective,or damaged or prohibiting use of WB?
Is Microsoft officially against WB or Windows skinning?

Please do help cause its one program i don't want to lose, i have been a regular user on my old PC for nearly 4 years.

PS: All other Stardock apps work just fine, including DX,IP and the others.
PS2: I tried to add all my startup programs in the WB exceptions list, but still that was no good.

I will be eternaly thankfull for any help feedback you offer.
