Hi,

I originally bought the Limited Edition Gal Civ 2 back when it first came out in the UK (2006) and at the time I noticed that it didn't have a serial number anywhere in the box or on any of the included documentation.  Of course, at that time it wasn't a problem - the game doesn't actually require you to input it in order to install and Impulse didn't exist (or at least I wasn't aware otf it if it did).

I've just come to reinstall it and the good news is that Impulse automatically recognises it, lists it in "My Games" and says it has updates available.  Unfortunately it requires me to enter a serial number in order to download the update and, as I've said, I don't actually have one.

Is this a known issue, is there a workaround?

Perhaps I'm simply looking in the wrong places for the serial code - could anyone tell me precisely where it should appear?

Apologies if I'm being stupid, but thanks in advance for any advise!
