Themes without altering DX?

Can a theme be deployed without resetting DesktopX?

Does anyone know if there is a way to use Theme Manager without resetting DesktopX. I had an idea which would require Themes to be activated within the realm of the DX environment. (By the way, Theme Manager is my all time favorite tool from Stardock.)
