Can't post on JU with Windows Live Writer

Need some help. I decided to dust off and revive my Windows Live Writer software to post on JU but I keep getting the following error.

Has joeuser.com been changed in a way that Windows Live Writer no longer work on it? I have followed the instructions per the article posted on the main page Posting with Windows Live Writer but I get the error above. Can someone assist? Thanks.

Nothing has changed on JU. Try using either the actual username or e-mail for your username in LW.

I tried that already. Live Writer just keeps saying I dont have an active account with JU. The new Live Writer config menu is a bit different from what is on the article on how to use Live Writer and Joeuser.com. Do you think the article can be updated to match the new config menu on Live Writer?
